Thank you! This was quite a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I have always believed that my company has supreme customer service, but you put us to shame. This will not be forgotten. This is the first time that my wife and I have used a travel agency for vacation plans. I/We typically book everything ourselves and what a nightmare that can be at times.
